The dsp.contacts stores & manages business contact data of employees of external logistics providers for the hole VW Group. GDPR requirements and automation are the main focus of dsp.contacts.
Why should I allow the VW Group to store my business data?
dsp.contacts is used by all VW employees in logistics. If you agree to your data being stored, you can be contacted easily and quickly to maintain the VW Group’s logistics supply chain.
What happens when I reject the storage of my data?
Then your data is not stored in dsp.contacts, so that you cannot be contacted from within dsp.contacts. That means that the supply chain might break down due to communication issues.
How do I consent to the storage of my data
An VW employee must first create your contact in dsp.contacts. Then you get an email with a Link to your personal data page. On your personal data page you can edit your data, if necessary. If everything is OK, you can click on the "Consent"-button at the bottom. If you are already stored in dsp.contacts, you can get a new Link here.
How do I use my personal data page?
Click on the different fields (e.g. the white box under "First Name" or the white bix under "telephone number" and enter the correct values. The system will tell you, if some of your data does not fit the validation. Please change your data accourdingly. Click on the drop-down unter "communication languages" to select in which languages you can be contacted.
I accidentally rejected. What do I do now?
When you rejected your consent, but still want to be stored in dsp.contacts, you first have to contact the Support of dsp.contacts and tell them to delete your email-address from the dsp.contacts-Blacklist. Afterwards you can ask an VW employee to create your contact again.
My login link does not work. What do i do now?
If you are already stored in dsp.contacts, you can get a new Link here. Enter your email-address and click on the "request"-button. You will receive an email with a new login link. In all other cases, please contact our Support.
Why is the data I see on my personal data page not correct and/or not complete?
It might be that your contact was transferred to dsp.contacts from an old system of the VW group. In this old systems, the data quality was bad. In dsp.contacts we want to have only high quality data. So you have the possibility to correct your data on your own.
What happens after I consented?
Your contact data will be persisted according to the GDPR. The data will be visible for the VW Group employees in dsp.contacts.
Why am I not able to use the Login button?
As an external service provider you don't have access to the internal view of dsp.contacts. You are only allowed to see and change your own data.
